I'm here to set a new standard for our relationship with our food and bodies. I believe the way we talk and think about food and the things we believe about our relationship with our bodies is fundamentally flawed.

I spent years starving myself, yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and struggled with bulimia for years. I learned what it takes to heal my relationship with food and body by breaking false beliefs promoted by the food and fitness industries. 

I'm here to end emotional eating through self-compassion and grace. I'm here to help you feel great in your skin and live with health and vitality.

I am a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I'm also certified in plant based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University, as well as certified in gut health from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
